Family Weekend Guide is operated by L Christian Enterprises LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using familyweekendguide.com or our emails, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

Families and visitors are welcome to use the guide freely to plan their own outings. Businesses, venues and organizers may buy sponsor, featured and presenting placements, as described in the sponsor, payment and refund sections below. What's not allowed: scraping, bulk copying or republishing our listings; misusing the site or its forms; or impersonating another person or business.

Event information is provided as-is

We gather listings from public sources and do our best to keep them accurate, but times, prices, ages and registration can change. Always confirm details with the event organizer or venue before you go. We aren't responsible for events run by others.

Sponsor and featured listings

Sponsored and featured placements are labeled. We may decline, edit (for length, clarity or accuracy) or remove any listing. Sponsors are responsible for their own content, offers and events, and confirm they have the right to use any text, images and links they submit.

Payments

Placements are prepaid and processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your full card details.

Refunds

If a placement hasn't started yet, we can refund it or move it to another date. Once a placement has run, it isn't refundable.

Parent tips

Tips submitted by parents are moderated before they appear. We may edit, decline or remove any tip. By submitting one, you let us publish it on the site and in our emails.

Links to other sites

We link to organizers, venues and other third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies or ticket sales.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, L Christian Enterprises LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
